Stoneclan was founded by a cat named Stonesoul, who later became Stonestar. Stonesoul was very strong both physical and mentally, having going though terrible things in her past. She chose her territory close to the mine to show that her clan wasn't scared of twolegs coming back, and how they can last a long time.
